7 Days Jordan & Jerusalem Group Tour

Day 1:

Arrival in Amman

• After arriving at Amman Airport, you'll be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Amman. 

Overnight in Amman.
 

Day 2: 
Amman City Tour & Jerash & Petra

• After breakfast at your hotel in Amman, check out the hotel and depart at 08:00 am to discover Amman. 
   

The Highlights You Will Visit:

-Amman Citadel 

-Downtown’s traditional markets 

-Souks (also known as “Al- Balad” by the Jordanians)  

-The Roman’s impressive monument “Philadelphia”

-Jerash’s monuments (45 minutes driving from Amman): Hadrian’s Arch, The Hippodrome, The South Gate, The Oval Forum and Cardo, The Temple of Zeus, the North Theatre, The nymphaeum, and The Temple of Artemis.

• After 3 hour drive, reach the hotel in Petra.
   

Overnight in Petra.

Day 3: 

Petra & Wadi Rum

• Breakfast at your hotel in Petra, and depart at 08:00 am to drive to Petra. 
   

The Highlights You Will Visit:

-The Petra Seeq (Canyon) (a short horse ride-optional) 

-Al Khazneh

• Lunch in Petra.

-The Valley of the Moon (2 hours Jeep Safari)

-Lawrence of Arabia’s House

-The Sandstone Mountains 

-The dunes of Wadi Rum (The dessert where “The Martian”- 2015, “Rouge One” – 2016, and “Aladdin” – 2019 movies were shot.)

-The Bedouin Village (Camel Ride - Optional)

-The sunset over Wadi Rum
 

Overnight in Wadi Rum.

Day 4: 

Wadi Rum & Madaba & Mt. Nebo & Dead Sea & Amman

• Breakfast at your hotel in Wadi Rum, and depart at 08:00 am to drive to Mt. Nebo. 
   

The Highlights You Will Visit:

-Madaba 

-Mosaic Tour (The mosaic map of the Holy Land)

-Mount Nebo (view over the Jordan Valley, the hills of Jerusalem & the Dead Sea) 

-The Dead Sea (This sea is also known to be Earth’s deepest hyper-saline lake and the lowest elevation on land, having extremely healthy & beneficial natural mud which you can spread on your skin for skincare). 
 

• At the end of the tour, transfer back to you hotel in Amman.

Overnight in Amman.

Day 5: 

Mt. of Olives & Mt. Zion & Bethlehem & Jerusalem

• Breakfast at the hotel at 7 am, and transfer to the King Hussein Bridge (Allenby Bridge) where we will pass to Jerusalem. 
   

The Highlights You Will Visit:

-Mount of Olives

-The Garden of Gethsemane (Where you will visit the Church of All Nations, where Jesus is said to have prayed before his arrest). 

-Mount Zion (It is a hill in Jerusalem where you can visit King David’s Tomb & the Last Supper Room).

-Bethlehem (The biblical birthplace of Jesus and a major Christian pilgrimage destination)

-The Church of Nativity (The church is said to be built above the cave where Jesus was born. You can see the inlaid silver star which symbolizes Jesus's birth. 

-The Manger Square (the Church of St. Catherine and the Mosque of Omar).
 

• After the tour ends, transfer to your hotel in Jerusalem. 
   

Overnight in Jerusalem

Day 6: 

Jerusalem & Jericho & Mt. of Temptation & Amman

• After breakfast at the hotel at 07:00 am, we will depart to the historical city of Jerusalem and you will have free time to visit Al Aqsa Mosque & the Dome of the Rock. If you are not allowed to visit these places on that day, you can continue through the Jewish Quarter.
   

The Highlights You Will Visit:

-Al Aqsa Mosque 

-The Dome of the Rock

-The Jewish Quarter

-Jericho or the “City of Palm Trees” on the way back to the border.

-The Hebrew Bible

-The ancient settlements (the Holocene epoch around 11 000 years ago, 9000 BCE!!!).

-The Mount of Temptation (If the time permits)
 

• At the end of this tour, after crossing the border, we will reach your hotel in Amman.

Day 7: 

Departure

• Breakfast at your hotel in Amman and transfer to Queen Alia Airport depending on your flight time.
